rice pudding
Breakfast today was a fruit medley: 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a banana, 1 slice of toast & 1/2 cup of rice pudding! I ate everything in all different combinations possible!

I finally managed to make tuna kimbap for the very first time! Will have to roll it tighter next time & I need crispier nori sheets.
Filling: tuna, crab meat, fish cake, carrots, cucumber, avocado, pickled radish & seasoned burdock. Yea... wayyy too much. I did eat too much for dinner so I will have to compensate tomorrow, in accordance with
Madame Guiliano's book.
